Shelley Ruth Custer, age 65 of Lucasville, OH passed away February 8, 2026 at her home.
Shelley was born September 24, 1960 in Weirton, WV the daughter of the late Robert and JoAnn (Daniels) Custer. Shelley’s family included her sisters, Angela Grace Custer and Margaret Easter; brothers, W. Daniel, Timothy and Terry Custer and a brother-in-law Wayne Easter.
A graveside service will take place at the Toronto Cemetery February 5th at 1:00 PM
